A Kingdom creative, a well-respected preacher-teacher, prophet, psalmist, completeDr. CHERI "PAVI" GIVENS is the essence of a Renaissance Woman - a author and artist.  She is the Founder & CEO of Pavi Givens Ministries (PGM), a ministry with a mandated mission and dedication to assisting believers make progress in their passionate pursuit of the Lord Jesus Christ, achieve triumphant transformation into God’s image and live and leave a legacy of pure and true worship. Responding to a clear prophetic mandate, PGM calls God’s people to return to God’s face, His feet and His throne. Prophetess Pavi is both a ministry and marketplace gift by God's design.  Moreover, PGM seeks the role of a midwife assisting individuals to deliver what God has conceived in them for the good of the Kingdom of God, through the ministry and marketplace.

 

Regarding mission and community impact, Pavi has ministered at various national conventions, convocations, conferences, and retreats as well as served as Youth Chaplain for the King County Department of Juvenile Detention and Chaplain for the Washington State Department of Corrections Prison Ministry. Her diligence, determination and consistence has  also given her a heart for both urban and foreign missions. Her love for God’s people in foreign lands has afforded ministry work in South America, Central America and Africa to meet both practical and spiritual needs of the body such as home building, ministry to children and support for healthcare and research.  She was recently honored and nominated the 25 Most Influential Women in the Pacific Northwest by The Power Circle.  Although, her most coveted title in the Kingdom of God is “daughter, friend and servant”.

 

By God’s grace, Pavi has successfully overcome tremendous obstacles in her life from childhood to present, never allowing any of the things that she has experienced to dethrone her Father, lose faith in her Savior or disobey the voice of the Precious Holy Spirit.  The rich deposit of God in her life has allowed her to successfully transfer the values and principles of humility, worship, dedication, service, integrity and love. Through intense personal and corporate prayer, and committed study of God’s Word, Dr. Givens has gained sensitive and penetrating insight into the power of intimacy with God.  This foundational insight marks the center of God’s purpose and ministry for PGM and is best characterized in PGM’s current ministry platform “The Love Affair of Prayer – Where the Chase Becomes the Embrace - Legacy Worship Series”  Pavi is also the proud mother of 5 children, and grandmother of 13. She currently resides in Seattle, WA with her husband, Kenneth.  Ultimately, Pavi is committed to a lifestyle of obedience, integrity, service and humility.
